Businesses, from small start-ups to huge multinationals, provide a fascinating view into human behaviour. They demonstrate it at its best when teamwork, technology and ingenuity come together to create innovative products and services that improve our lives. They also show us at our worst, when greed, vanity and recklessness can lead to pain and suffering beyond the organization itself. But overall, writing off these two extremes, they provide valuable insights to the business leader on how to influence, lead and work.
